How This Started
My workout routine began at a modest club near Maple Street Fitness District in Toronto. It wasn't flawless, yet it was approachable, affordable, and it helped me stay consistent.
After that place shut down, I observed how fast the fitness landscape in Canada was changing. New clubs emerged, fresh ideas appeared, and marketing grew louder than actual member experiences.
I began trying a variety of gyms and classes, jotting notes after each visit. Those notes gradually formed this site, created to help others make more informed choices.

When evaluating a fitness center, I usually:
